By accessing and using the General Contractors National (GCNAT) website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

GCNAT provides construction, energy, infrastructure, and restoration services. Specific terms for individual projects will be outlined in separate contracts and agreements.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes
  • Not interfere with the proper functioning of our website

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GCNAT and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

GCNAT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GCNAT from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. SMS / Text Messaging Program

By providing your phone number to General Contractors National (GCNAT) through one of our documented consent paths — (a) signing our standalone SMS Consent Form during an in-person property inspection, (b) providing verbal consent during a recorded phone call, or (c) submitting our online SMS opt-in form at www.gcnat.com/sms-opt-in — and by selecting the relevant consent option, you authorize us to send you SMS text messages from GCNAT.

We operate two separate SMS programs that you may opt into independently:

(a) TRANSACTIONAL — messages about your active project, including inspection scheduling, adjuster meeting confirmations, estimate delivery, installation updates, and completion notices. Frequency varies, typically 1 to 5 messages per week.

(b) MARKETING — promotional and educational text messages including seasonal storm-restoration tips, special offers, and reminders. Frequency 1 to 4 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold, shared, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
